1. The Prison Called Time

2. What is Time?
According to the Theory of Relativity, time is not absolute but an elastic 'Rubber Band' that stretches or shrinks depending on gravity and speed. In other words, the 'past' has not disappeared, and the 'future' is not non-existent. They still exist in another dimension. We cannot go there simply because our bodies are trapped in the limits of 3rd-dimensional perception.
3. Chronos vs. Kairos
The Greeks distinguished time into two types:
Chronos: Physical time on the clock. Horizontal time that makes you age and get sick.
Kairos: Subjective time with meaning. Vertical time that connects with eternity.
Bang-i Sasang says: "When you regret the past or worry about the future, you become a slave to Chronos and age. But when you are fully immersed in 'This Moment (Now),' time stops, and the door to Kairos opens."
4. Only 'Now' is Connectable
Why is 'Now' important? Because 'Now (Present)' is the only channel to connect with the Universal Server (God). God is not in the past or the future. His name is "I AM" (I am who I am), the eternal present tense.
The life formula of Bang-i Sasang, F = H × G, works only in the 'Present.' Just as yesterday's meal cannot satisfy today's hunger, past faith or future resolutions have no power. Life force (F) is generated only when your mind (G) focuses on 'This Moment' and resonates with the Universe (H).
Close the door to the past. Close the window to the future. Focus on your breath and mind existing right Here & Now. Eternal life is hidden in that fleeting moment.
