1. Fasting vs. Emptying

1. Where Are We in the 8 Steps?


Let’s check the map of the disease. Stress (Step 1) caused Leaky Gut (Step 2), leading to an Immune War (Step 3). The resulting oil sludge (Lipid Toxicity, Step 4) clogged the cells, and the suffocating engine (Mitochondria) spewed out black smoke (Active Oxygen, Step 5).

1. The Betrayal of Free Fatty Acids
